Deep Children Hospital & Research Centre was established by Dr. Naveen Thacker on 22nd October 1992. It was a 3 storied building with 50 beds facility, N.I.C.U. and P.I.C.U. facility, Deluxe rooms, Special and Semi-Special Rooms and General Ward. But due to the earthquake in Gujarat in Jan 2001, the building collapsed. Dr. Naveen Thacker with his great endeavors came up with another building at the same place. The present building has 22 beds facility, N.I.C.U. and P.I.C.U. facility, Deluxe rooms, Special Rooms and General Ward. The building is situated in Gandhidham city which makes it a convenient place for the patients to visit.
